Grant Programs Offered by the HCCAB
A major function of the Cultural Arts Board is to offer financial support to nonprofit groups which reside in and offer cultural programs within Harford County. HCCAB Grants are funded through fiscal appropriations from the Harford County Government and the Maryland State Arts Council (MSAC).

The Harford County Cultural Arts Board is funded by a grant from the
Maryland State Arts Council, an agency dedicated to cultivating a vibrant cultural community where the arts thrive. An agency of the Department of Business & Economic Development, the MSAC provides financial support and technical assistance to non profit organizations, units of government, colleges and universities for arts activities. The Cultural Arts Board also receives funding from the Harford County Government through the County Council.
