FY2027 Arts Programming Grants
Harford County Cultural Arts Board provides Arts Programming awards to eligible Maryland nonprofit organizations who regularly provide public arts programs in Harford County. These awards are intended to ensure the ongoing availability and accessibility of the arts for Harford County residents and visitors. Award amounts vary, up to a maximum of $10,000 per fiscal year.

Eligibility
- Nonprofit organizations that are incorporated in Maryland, receive tax-exempt status from the US Internal Revenue Service, whose principal place of business is in Harford County, and who regularly provide public arts programs and events in Harford County, may request support for direct costs for arts programming. Units of government, colleges or universities, and faith-based institutions that meet these criteria are also eligible.
- Nonprofit organizations that are incorporated in Maryland, receive tax-exempt status from the US Internal Revenue Service, whose primary business is the arts, and whose principal place of business is outside Harford County, may request support for direct costs for arts programming occurring in Harford County. Any costs for the organization’s activities that occur outside of Harford County are not allowable.
