Nonprofit Arts Organizations incorporated in Maryland and located in Harford County may request matching grants to support general operating costs. These grants must be matched at a minimum ratio of 2:1. Primary activities of organization must be producing or presenting the arts.
Nonprofit Organizations (whose primary purpose is other than producing or presenting the arts) incorporated in Maryland and located in Harford County may request matching grants to support Arts Programming in Harford County open to the general public. In addition, colleges, universities, units of government, and religious organizations may apply for this type of support. Maryland-based entities from outside Harford County may request support for direct costs of arts programming in Harford County. Grants supporting Direct Costs of Arts Programming must be matched at a minimum ratio of 1:1

- visual arts
Grants are made possible through a Community Arts Development Grant from
Maryland State Arts Council, an agency of the State of Maryland under the authority of the Department of Commerce, Division of Tourism, Film and the Arts
