The Harford County Cultural Arts Board



As the government-appointed local arts agency, the Harford County Cultural Arts Board (HCCAB) is the premier local resource for arts, cultural and historical organizations, individual artists and the residents of Harford County, Maryland. HCCAB provides financial, advocacy and administrative support to its local arts and cultural groups. HCCAB offers several grant programs for local nonprofit organizations. The board sponsors workshops and promotional events. For the benefit of the entire Harford County community, the Cultural Arts Board produces a calendar of events and quarterly newsletter.

Alongside and in partnership with local government, schools, artists and arts organizations, and the general community, the Cultural Arts Board's vision is to “preserve, enhance and promote the culture of Harford County.”
